Pick‑up available from Lisbon, Cascais, or Sintra
Step into a day filled with beauty, history, and tranquility as we explore two of Portugal’s most enchanting destinations: the medieval village of Óbidos and the serene Buddha Eden – Garden of Peace.
We begin with a comfortable pick‑up from Lisbon, Cascais, or Sintra, and head north to the storybook town of Óbidos — a perfectly preserved medieval village wrapped in ancient stone walls.
Stroll through narrow cobblestone streets, admire whitewashed houses covered in bougainvillea, discover hidden corners, and learn the stories of queens who once called this place home.
We’ll visit viewpoints along the fortified walls and enjoy a taste of the famous local cherry liqueur, Ginja de Óbidos, traditionally served in a chocolate cup.
Our journey continues to Buddha Eden – Garden of Peace, the largest Asian‑inspired garden in Europe.
Spread across 35 hectares, this extraordinary space features giant Buddha statues, pagodas, tranquil lakes, bamboo forests, African sculptures, and peaceful walking paths.
It’s a place designed for reflection and calm — a true escape into nature and art.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a relaxed pace, beautiful scenery, cultural insights, and plenty of time for photography, wandering, or simply breathing in the peaceful atmosphere.
