🌿 Morning — Quinta da Regaleira

We begin our day at Quinta da Regaleira, one of Sintra’s most enchanting estates. We wander through its lush gardens, secret tunnels, lakes, and the famous Initiation Well, uncovering layers of symbolism, myth, and imagination.

👑 Late Morning — National Palace of Sintra

Next, we visit the National Palace, the best‑preserved medieval royal residence in Portugal. We explore its grand halls, unique tilework, and the iconic twin chimneys that dominate Sintra’s skyline.

🏰 Midday — Sintra Old Town & Break

We stroll through Sintra’s historic center, enjoying its medieval streets, local shops, and charming atmosphere. Here we take a relaxed break for lunch or a light snack.

🌺 Afternoon — Monserrate Palace

In the afternoon, we continue to Monserrate Palace, a Romantic masterpiece surrounded by one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in Europe. We explore its exotic architecture, waterfalls, and winding garden paths.

🌲 Late Afternoon — Capuchos Convent

We end the day at the serene Capuchos Convent, a humble 16th‑century Franciscan retreat hidden deep in the forest. Walking through its tiny cork‑lined cells and mossy courtyards, we experience a powerful contrast to Sintra’s grand palaces — a place of silence, simplicity, and nature.
